You can find the Spring Taplist, Cocktail and Food menus on the Terramar website, and the Taplist and Food menus on the online order page. The three rotating pizza specials change more often than the regular menu, and are in more of a limited supply.

Terramar’s 3rd Annual bottle release of the Quadrupel Ale is now for sale in the taproom and select bottle shops. The 2023 bottle-conditioned Space Quadyssey is a blend of 70% 2023 stainless fermented Quadrupel with 30% of 2022 Quadrupel aged in freshly emptied Terramar Whiskey barrels for 12 months. Full-bodied, bold, and complex with malty notes of plum, dark cherry, toasted caramel, toffee, and subtle spice with subtle oak, tannin, and vanillin complexity from the portion which was barrel aged. Bottle-conditioned with champagne yeast, drink now or age at cellar temperatures.

Terramar is expanding into Seattle and beyond! They have partnered with River Barrel Distributing to share its award-winning beer, cider, and spirits with more of Western Washington. River Barrel serves King, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Grays Harbor. We look forward to showcasing Skagit Valley’s magic by sharing our terroir-driven beer, cider, and spirits with more Washingtonians.

Keep an eye out for one of our core beverages (2022 SIP Magazine Best of the Northwest Platinum winner “Amber On” Amber Ale • 2021 WA Beer Awards Gold winner, “Old Number Six” Blonde Steam Beer • “Weizen Up” Weissbier • “Edison Crisp” Dry Cider • “Quasi” Semi-Dry Cider • “Harvest” Fruited Cider, 2022 ADI and World Spirits Award winning Single Malt Whiskey, Vodka and Gin), as well as our seasonal and smaller projects.

Terramar is honored to be recognized by The Good Food Foundation as a Finalist in the 2023 Good Food Awards for its Single Malt Vodka and American Single Malt Whiskey. The foundation recognizes distillers committed to sustainability and their craft, making responsible choices at every step of the process. Spirits that meet the criteria for entry can trace all of their ingredients, from base distillate to added ingredients, without the use of genetically modified crops and artificial additives.
