Bourbon Whiskey | 375ml | $39
51% Skagit white corn, 25% Skagit white wheat, 24% Copeland malted barley, distilled and aged in new charred oak barrels. Notes: Sweet vanilla, caramel, toffee, stone fruit. Palate: Balanced flavor of vanilla, sweet corn, caramelized sugar, with a charred oak finish.

Barrel Aged Gin | 375ml | $27
Experimental Gin recipe, barrel aged in a freshly emptied Terramar Single Malt Whiskey barrel. Nose: Floral, menthol, ginger snaps, cinnamon, peppermint, butter cookie. Palate: Floral, herbal, bitter orange, vanilla, butter cookie, cinnamon, toasted coconut with a citrusy pepper finish.
