New Releases:

Valley Brown Ale (ABV 4.5% / IBU 20) This easy drinking, medium-bodied seasonal is brown with an apricot hue and a light, roasty caramel aroma. Perle, Cascade and Mt Hood yield a delicate hop character and velvety finish.

Beers From the Wood Series:
Knucklehead Red Ale (ABV 4.9% / IBU 20) This session beer uses just a touch of caramel malt for color and body and is lightly hopped for balance. Aged 10 months in an applewood whiskey barrel.
Noel Winter Ale (ABV 7.8% / IBU 60) Brewed to celebrate the holiday season, this winter warmer uses various aromatic specialty malts and has a prominent hop character from mild American Noble varieties. Aged one year in a Copperworks American whiskey barrel for extreme drinkability with a balanced whiskey flavor.

New Releases:

Halloweizen (ABV 5% / IBU 20) Our 2024 pumpkin wheat ale is brewed with cinnamon and allspice plus local Skagit valley grown pumpkins roasted in a wood fired oven. It’s topped off with sneaky banana and clove aromas from our traditional Bavarian hefeweizen yeast.

Belgian Strong (8.1% ABV / 20 IBU) This collaboration beer with Menace in Bellingham and Beach Cat in Blaine has a golden hue, a bready aroma, subtle alcohol sweetness and low bitterness from Saaz hops.

Belgian Dubbel (6.9% ABV / 25 IBU) This delicious dark ale is a collaboration between Anacortes, Menace and Belgian. This Belgian classic is bursting with soft malt and dark fruit with a light alcohol warmth.

Whistle Lake Weizen (ABV 4.7% / IBU 18) Our award-winning Hefeweizen has a cloudy golden color and a full, fruity aroma. Bavarian yeast produces striking banana & clove notes with a mild tartness a dry finish. It’s the perfect thirst quencher!

Deception Pass Pale Ale (ABV 4.7% / IBU 45) Named for our most visited state park, this refreshing ale is made with 2 row and Munich malts, Mosaic hop in the boil and dry hopped with Simcoe.

Spotted Ale (ABV 6.3% / IBU 15) This smoked dunkelweizen was brewed in honor of late owner and head brewer, Paul Wasik. It’s a wheat beer made with applewood smoked malt balanced with Perle, Cascade and Crystal hops per Paul’s original 1995 recipe!

Anacortes Brewery Releases / Rockfish Grill Events for Feb 2024

New Beer Releases:

Experimental Series: Wheezin the Juice (7.1 ABV, 45 IBU) – This juicy IPA is made with Sabro, Centennial and Ekuanot hop varieties with a bit of caramel malt for color and balance.

Hop Mob IPA (65 IBU) – Anacortes joins with several breweries across the state to release our Hop Mob IPA. Our version features prominent hop character from Sabro, Centennial and Ekuanot varieties. Look for other Hop Mob beers statewide starting in February.

Anacortes Brewery Releases / Rockfish Grill Events for April 2023

New Beer Releases:

• Whistle Lake Weizen (ABV 5.3% / IBU 18) It’s back! Our award-winning Hefeweizen has a cloudy golden color and a full, fruity aroma while Bavarian yeast produces striking banana & clove aromas. It’s the perfect thirst quencher!
• OG IPA (ABV 6% / IBU 80)   Our classic northwest style IPA has a building hop character balanced with a sturdy backbone to support it. Columbus, Cascade & Simcoe are dry-hopped in the fermenter  producing a moderate citrus and stone fruit aroma that yields to a bold, prolonged hop flavor and bitterness.
