I was hanging out at Chuckanut Brewery soaking in the sun with a flight of tasty craft beer, when a large passenger van rolled on in the parking lot. Could this be a gaggle of peeps on the Ale Trail? Yes it could be! Each one hopped out of the van with birthday accessories, laughter and sure enough their Skagit Farm to Pint passport in-hand.
I had a blast talking with Julie and Tami and watching first-hand their experience of the Skagit Farm to Pint Ale trail. The ale trail party was made possible by having a designated driver and Fountain Rentals in Bellingham. The birthday group started at Birdsview Brewery in Concrete with their second stop at Chuckanut Brewery. They were then heading to Anacortes to La Conner to Mount Vernon with Farmstrong as their last stop before heading on I-5 back to Bellingham.
